Delivery

Most orders begin processing automatically within minutes of payment, though the exact delivery time depends on the service and the quantity ordered. Many services include a refill guarantee in the event of drops within the stated period. If you experience a delay or any issue with your order, please contact our support and we will be glad to help.
Refunds
If a service cannot be delivered, you are eligible for a refund to your account balance. We do not offer refunds for orders that have already been completed. For partial
deliveries, a partial refund is issued for the undelivered portion.
